Our Story

A corner of Fairbanks where the bread rises and the coffee's always warm.

Stir It Up started with a simple idea: a place where Fairbanks folks could grab something genuinely good to eat without driving all the way downtown. We opened our doors on Farmers Loop Road with a small oven, a well-stocked pantry, and a whole lot of heart.

Today, we're still that place. Every morning our bakers are up before sunrise, kneading, proofing, and pulling trays from the oven. Our grocery shelves are stocked with the items you actually want — local honey, pantry staples, snacks for the road, and the occasional treat you didn't know you needed until you saw it.
